Hexanchus vitulus SPRINGER & WALLER, 1969

 

Description after BASS et al. 1975: [#134]:

The teeth of a 155cm mature male are shown in pl. 2. The tooth counts of this shark and of the other set of jaws from Natal were both 9-9/5-1-5 (counting only the large teeth).
